Trip to launch is by way of a well maintained dirt road.
To Launch: From Talihina, take Hwy 63, turn right into the Choctaw Nations Health Center entrance and then look to left for Buffalo Mt. Road. 4.5 miles to the Launch.
To the LZ: From Talihina travel west 4.2 miles past the Choctaw Nations Health Center on Hwy 63. Turn Right onto Dirt Road. 1/4 mile in to LZ.
The Launch provides a large roll-off clearing for launch with a few rocks to contend with. Please park outside of gate if ground the ground is wet to avoid making ruts.
Moderate size Landing Zone at base of mountain.
